Performer / storyteller

From the Heart

Through every dance and story, I seek to awaken the raw, unspoken truths within us all. My work is a reflection of life—honest, vulnerable, and alive with emotion. It’s an invitation to feel deeply, to witness the beauty in our shared humanity, and to experience the power of storytelling through movement. If my creations speak to your soul, I would be honored to bring them to your space or collaborate to co-create something truly meaningful. Let’s connect and bring these stories to life together.

SENSUS

This body Feels, grieves, moves, expands, contracts, changes, softens, ripens, explores, connects, disconnects, desires, yearns, craves, suffers, heals, forgives, laughs, cries, aches, rests, sinks, learns, unlearns, renews, devotes, transforms, loves… This body, has seen me through, waited patiently for me to allow it to, feel me through, Counsel me through, hold me through, my pain, my joy, my fears, my doubts, my bliss, my opening to this, this sacred, beautiful & mad journey we call life. This body. This body is a map, that contains marks and memories. We all have our backpack, what are we able to let go of and what do we hold on to?

BODY NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

‘Body Not Fit for Purpose’ captures the feeling of searching for meaning outside ourselves and losing connection with who we truly are. It speaks to the struggle of feeling out of place in our own bodies, reminding us how easy it is to forget our own strength and potential when we’re constantly looking for validation elsewhere.

Repertoire

Rogues

Rogues is a formal exploration of the interface between unison and dis-unison or “aberration”. This duet take turns finishing the movement thought of their partner. This slipping in and out of unison is a straightforward revelation of what it is to dance with someone. It puts the focus on the delicacy of connection between the dancers, building into lush and powerful dancing.

Solo olos

Solo Olos uses three movement phrases. “Main” and “Branch” are shared phrases. “Spill” was made by each dancer translating Brown's original text of shared movement instructions, reflecting her interest in discrepancies between a vocabulary of words, and a vocabulary articulated kinesthetically by individual bodies. All three phrases are known both forwards and in reverse and are interconnected at specific movement “gates”. In the first section dancers make impromptu spatial compositions to the instructions “line up”. Then one of the dancers steps out and becomes the “caller” for the remaining quartet. The “caller” works the structure of the form, making in-the-moment composing decisions by telling the dancers to change direction or phrase material.

Lobke is a dancer, performer, and creator with a heart overflowing with passion and dedication, she lives and breathes movement, weaving her soul into every step. She graduated at P.A.R.T.S, international dance school of Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker. Her journey has been enriched by collaborations with visionary choreographers such as Mette Ingvarsten, David Zambrano, Thomas Hauert, Roy Julen, Ivana Muller, Rakesh Sukesh, David Hernandez, Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker, and many others. Each of these partnerships has gifted her with a rich variety of perspectives, nurturing her personal and artistic growth.

For her, dance is a sacred language—the body’s purest form of expression, where emotions, sensations, and stories unfold with each gesture. She believes that when approached with openness and curiosity, movement becomes a profound teacher, guiding us to places within that long to be heard, healed, and awakened. Through her work, she invites the audience to join her on a journey of discovery, creating an experience where vulnerability meets power, and the unseen becomes visible.

Her artistry is not simply about creating movement; it is about creating connection. She channels the rhythm of the universe through her body, allowing the energy of the world to breathe through her, shaping every step, every turn, every pause. There is an honesty in her dance—raw, unfiltered, and deeply personal—that touches the hearts of all who witness it. It is an offering that transcends the boundaries of the theater, a shared experience that resonates long after the final note has faded.

She thrives in the creative process, constantly seeking new experiences and challenges that allow her to stretch beyond the familiar and dive deeper into the unknown. Whether collaborating with others or creating solo works, she is always exploring new ways to touch the soul, to stir something profound within her audience, and to share the transformative power of dance.

Her dance is an invitation—an invitation to step into a space of openness, vulnerability, and beauty. It is an offering that will leave audiences not only moved by the power of her movements but touched by the depth of her heart.
